Conditions of guarantee support.
The general conditions
All equipment shipped from a warehouse of company, undergoes
procedure of scanning of serial numbers with their binding to date of
shipment from a warehouse. All serial numbers and shipment dates are
stored in an electronic database. The basis for product reception in
guarantee repair is obligatory performance of two conditions: presence
of serial number of a product in a database and not expired warranty
period at the moment of product receipt in repair. Presence of the
guarantee coupon on a product is not required, as well as does not
grant the right to free guarantee repair in case of absence of serial
number of a product in our base of serial numbers. At desire the buyer
can receive sample of serial numbers on got by it at us products from
our database of serial numbers.
Guarantee certificates
Claims to the bought products are accepted by the seller only during a warranty period.
The
seller undertakes to make free repair of a defective product within 14
days or its replacement, in case of impossibility of repair. If at the
moment of product receipt in repair in a warehouse of the seller there
is no given model of a product replacement is carried out on similar
under characteristics and cost a product of other model.
Indemnification of cost of defective products in the monetary form is
not made. Delivery of the defective goods to the seller should be
carried out the buyer. Reception in guarantee repair is carried out
only in the presence of a full complete set of the goods (packing, the
documentation, the software, connecting cables etc.).
The guarantee does not extend on:
• the products having traces of mechanical and electric damages
(including. And hidden), intensive deterioration or negligent
operation, traces of the soldering, change in a product design,
infringement of seals of the manufacturer or other signs of attempts of
independent repair and opening.
• the products which have failed in connection with infringement of conditions of operation, transportation or storage.
• products with damaged not deleted guard label of the seller (sticker) if those are available.
• accessories or products with various inscriptions not factory
character, and also with the remote or partially broken factory marks.
• damages of accessories and the products, caused by discrepancy to
State standards of parametres of feeding, telecommunication, cable
networks and other external factors (climatic, damages at hit of
insects and others).
• damages of accessories or the products, caused by use of
non-standard spare parts and the account materials, cleaning materials.
The damages caused by non-observance of terms and the period of
maintenance service if it is necessary for the given product.
• accessories or the products clashing with counterfeit ON.
• accessories and products with through damages of protective tapes
and seals with an inscription "Warranty void if removed" (At removal
acts in film from a guarantee) or similar on sense if those are
available.
• external ports of the electronic payments established in system blocks of computers
• external ports of network adapters, switchboards and other products for work in computer networks.
• serviceable accessories and products.
